A little about our seven judges, who all offer differing business experiences

Earl of Ronaldshay, Owner of Zetland Estates, an organisation involved in agricultural, residential and commercial property across the UK.

Faye Doorbar, partner in a Richmond business for 20 years, studied operational business management at Durham University, now volunteer Director and also Charity Trustee.

Philip Knowles, university lecturer in business and marketing. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Over 30 years sales and marketing experience.

Russell Lord, Town Councillor. Member of Mercers. Engineer experienced in public sector finance and Project Management. Incident Controller for Network Rail. Director Wensleydale Railway promoting Heritage & Tourism.

Dennis McLuckie, Managing Director McLuckie Projects. Involved with the retail sector, construction and an enthusiastic supporter of Richmond businesses.

Marcia McLuckie, Chair of ORBTA since 2017. Experienced in commercial radio and print, advertising and marketing, heritage and tourism.

Philip Wicks, Chair of CRACCL, Town and District Councillor and past Chair of ORBTA. Supply chain management career in the chemical industry.
